All homeowners must submit an application to this committee if they wish to do any exterior modifications to their home.  Examples include, but are not limited to decks, fences, windows, sidings, roofing, etc.   Contact HPHAarchboard@gmail.com for more information prior to starting any project.

CONSERVATION

The Conservation Committee works towards making the neighborhood ecologically sustainable. Few of the projects we are focusing on include buckthorn removal, damaged ash tree replacement, and neighborhood composting program. If you have any questions or would like to be involved please contact:

LANDSCAPE

The Huntington Park Association manages all common land within Huntington Park.  If there are any questions or concerns regarding common land such as dead trees, overgrown grass, etc. please reach out so this committee can look into the matter.

Huntington Park has an annual picnic for all the residents so we can get better acquainted and build our community.  If you have any questions or would like to be involved please contact any of the members below.

REFUSE COLLECTION

Huntington Park offers a subdivision refuse (garbage/recycling) collection service.  We solicit bids and then negotiate a subdivision rate which is typically much lower than a resident is able to get on their own.  Besides saving money, our ultimate goal would be to only have one company and thus reduce the amount of large truck traffic in our subdivision.  Currently our contracted company is Advanced Disposal for $200/yr with weekly pick-ups.  If you have any questions or would like to enroll please contact:
