Property Access Authorization Property Access and Work Authorization Agreement This work authorization is for the property at (“Property”) * Address 1 Address 2 City State/Province Zip/Postal Code Country This Property is owned by * First Name Last Name As the owner of the Property, I authorize the Huntington Park Homes Association (the “Association”) to access the Property for the purpose of performing all work related to: 1) The removal of all dead, diseased, and invasive vegetation in all common spaces adjacent to the Property including plants, shrubs, and trees. 2) The restoration of all common spaces adjacent to the Property including establishing new plants, shrubs, and trees; understanding that planting types are at the discretion of the Association. * Agree Disagree In addition to the above, I (Allow/Don't Allow) the association to pile cut down wood in a pre-designated area on the Property or in the common spaces adjacent to the Property until such time that the wood can be removed (up to a maximum of one year) * Allow Don't Allow The Association is required to provide a minimum of one week notice and receive a positive “Yes” confirmation from the Property owner for all activities planned in the common spaces to which access to the Property would be required * Agree Disagree The Association is providing this work at no charge for the purposes of beautifying our common spaces and restoring a health ecosystem in our neighborhood. The Association does not guarantee any particular level of performance for any particular amount of time. Volunteers of the Association will perform the work * Agree Disagree I understand that the Association is not responsible in any way for the condition of the Property, including, without limitation, landscaping, vegetation, stormwater drainage, utilities or outdoor structures of any type. The Association’s liability is limited to damages directly caused by the negligence of its volunteers.
